We are in the 2nd Decan in Libra/Aquarius (3 of Air) - This is a 40/4 Week - 10/17 Month - 7 Year.


3 is a number of expression & initiation, equilibrium, collaboration, affirmation, creation, & potential,  as well as spirit, soul, & body expressed as thought, desire & action.  Heaven, Earth, & Hell…Father, Son, & Holy Spirit…. Impulse, formation, & conception/fruition.  Human consciousness rising out of the limitations of matter to unite with Source.  The Divine Trinity enters into matter (flesh & blood) in order to transform the matter into something more divine.


4 is a number that represents mankind, Earth, & the material world.  It is indicative of self-discipline and the application of spiritual and universal laws to effect refinement, structure, stability, security, order to chaos, and the greater good. It can also indicate complacency, stuck, rest, pause, milestone, & completion of a phase within a greater work or process. 


17 is a number that signifies hope, rebirth, fresh start born out of difficult (sometimes devastating) experiences.  One has come to an awareness of the spiritual laws & truths by wrestling with the elements of the physical/material world. By combining one’s knowledge of deeper spiritual truths with knowledge of the physical/ material world, one is compelled to pursue a new approach to life wherein one manipulates the physical elements & circumstances in the material world, to achieve the awakened impulses of the spirit. 


7 is a number of transitions, challenges, and spiritual growth. 7 can indicate a period of resistance to overcome which can be opportunities for personal development. Mind over matter, or willpower. It expresses the interconnectivity of God in man. One may find themselves in a state of spiritual introspection as they pursue and connect with their higher selves, the Christ within. Thus, a higher perspective is achieved to facilitate strategically meaningful resolutions, rather than simply navigating with the limitation of material circumstances.  It is the perfect union of Spirit and matter, the divine masculine and divine feminine, or the material realms and the divine realms. The year 2023 promises to be a year full of excitement and intense challenges. It holds the potential for significant breakthroughs & liberation, or devastating failures & oppression. The determining factor will be the ability of the people to wake up to the awareness of their own divinity and power and to the importance of their connectedness to the world around them.
