Can you remember who you were before the world told you who you should be?

So often I find myself coaching clients who have forgotten who they are because they spend their whole lives trying to live up to the standards & measures of the influential people around them.

At some point in our development, we surpass the need for other people’s standards, measures and means of success. Evolving involves acknowledging & embracing your life experiences and lessons learned while, at the same time, seeing and grabbing hold of who you recognize as “you” in the deepest parts of your being.

What are your desires, dreams, and aspirations? What are the things that you know you “can’t not do” or you will always wonder “what if I would have done……?”, “should I have tried …..?”, etc.…? What is your heart’s desire? Therein you will find your calling, your purpose, and your magic.

Courageously throw away the standards & measures of other people and decide to follow your own unique path. Allow yourself to experience the peace, exhilaration, and sensations of being successful as you do the “unthinkable”. Step into your own magic and transform your daily grind. That is when you really begin to live.
